For candidates: your name, contact details, CV, employment history, qualifications and salary expectations. For clients: your name, job title, organisation and contact details. For website visitors: no personal data is collected through this website beyond what you voluntarily provide by contacting us.
We process candidate data on the basis of legitimate interests – to identify and introduce suitable candidates to client organisations – and with your consent where required. We process client data to fulfil our contractual obligations as a recruitment partner.
We retain candidate data for a period of two years from the date of last contact. After this period your data will be securely deleted unless you ask us to retain it for longer or we are required to do so by law.
We will only share your CV and personal details with prospective employers with your express prior consent. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent.
